Are you open?Yes! We are deemed an Essential Business. We are currently offering in-store appointments, curb side pick-up, delivery, drop off and assembly/installation.
If you schedule an appointment, you are in for an awesome shopping experience. You will be let in at the front with someone wearing gloves and a mask. We will lock the door behind you. We will offer you gloves and will then safely guide you through the store. You are then left on your own to shop. Everything is clean and open. A truly great experience during these crazy times. We ask that you please wear a mask.
We ask that you e-mail us at email@example.com or fill out the form on our site. As you can imagine, we have been flooded with calls and inundated with emails! We are working day/night and will do our best to get back to you as soon as humanly possible!
Are items on the website available?
Inventory is changing daily. We recommend contacting us to check the status on a specific item.
Can I order online?
Absolutely! Just keep in mind that some items are temporarily unavailable and ETA's are often difficult to obtain. We recommend contacting us for details.
I tried calling, but can't seem to get through. How can I get in touch?
We ask that you e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the form on our site. We're currently experiencing a massive surge in calls and are trying our best to answer as many as possible!
How safe is your environment?
Extremely safe! We have a giant open showroom that is constantly being cleaned and disinfected for your safety. We are also limiting entry to one customer at a time and requiring that both staff and customers wear glove and masks so you can shop worry-free!
What are your hours for scheduling appointments?
We are accepting appointments 7 days a week, generally between 10am-6pm.
Do you offer contactless pick-up and/or delivery?
Can I still obtain service on my equipment?
Yes, our service department is still operating normally.
